Returns Policy

LS Forklifts Return policy

When you purchase one or more products from www.lsforklifts.com, you are entitled to return your purchase during a period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product(s) in your capacity as a customer.

A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

• It must be in new condition.
• It must be complete (i.e. together with all items which came with the original product).
• It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

HOW DOES THIS WORK IN PRACTICE?

Within 14 calendar days following the date on which you received the product, 

1. Contact LS Forklifts by email on info@lsforkllifts.com and notify us in writing with the reason for your return.

2. Return your order accompanied by (i) Completed RMA Form and (ii) the reason for your return to the following address:

Please note:

• Any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always fully and correctly fill out the Return Form.
• Returns outside the above-mentioned timeframes may be accepted solely at the discretion of LS Forklifts. 

REFUND:

If your returned package reaches us within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the Products have reached us.

• If you paid by credit card, the credit card you used to pay for the products will be credited
• If you paid for your order by some other form of payment, the refund will be made by means of a transfer to the bank account number you stated on the returns document.

In the case of returns, you will be refunded the amount of the invoice. Any postage or carrier costs to return the products shall be borne by you, unless if you received a product which was not the product you ordered.
